WG 1 – Theory is committed to advancing the theoretical framework of cultural expertise across the K-Peritia network. After the 1st year, consolidating the group’s familiarity with the foundational concepts of cultural expertise, the focus now shifts to adapting and exploring diverse applications in cross-jurisdictional and global contexts. Key priorities include enhancing its problem-solving capabilities and expanding its relevance to emerging areas such as cultural heritage and international arbitration. Regular seminars continue to drive discussions on new developments and variations, while a video series and dedicated blog showcase the WG’s findings and insights, fostering a broader understanding of cultural expertise in practice.
